Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Backoffice by CSA Inc. for your tax, bookkeeping, accounting, consulting, and business support services. We value your business and strive to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all professional services including, but not limited to :

Tax preparation and filing

Bookkeeping and payroll

Accounting and financial reporting

Business consulting and coaching

Document preparation and administrative services
2. No Refund Policy for Completed Services
Due to the nature of professional tax, accounting, and consulting services—all of which involve substantial time, expertise, and customization—all services that have been started, delivered, or completed are non-refundable.
Once work has begun or documents are prepared, refunds cannot be issued, even if the service is canceled before completion, except in the limited cases described below.
3. Exceptions / Partial Refunds
Refunds may be granted at the discretion of management only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made in error.

Service was not initiated or no work product was delivered.

The client provided written notice of cancellation before any work commenced.

Refund is required by applicable law.
All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 business days of payment.
4. Compliance and Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for all engagements. Refunds will not be granted due to errors or omissions in client-provided data, missed filing deadlines resulting from late document submission, or changes in client circumstances.
5. Coaching, Training, or Consultations
Payments for strategy sessions, training, or coaching programs are final and non-refundable once the session is scheduled or delivered. Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at contactus@csabackoffice.com within 10 business days of receiving your invoice. We will review and respond within 5–10 business days.
