& CEO
Cynthia Alayo, CEO and Lead Consultant of BackOffice, brings over two decades of experience in finance, operations, and business consulting. Since 2004, she has helped both for-profit and nonprofit organizations streamline their operations, strengthen financial management, and scale sustainably.
Her expertise spans operational excellence, financial systems, and contract and grant management all aimed at helping businesses grow efficiently and confidently.
Based in New Jersey, Cynthia leads a bilingual, nationwide team dedicated to empowering clients to achieve independence and long-term success.
